Annan Harbour Action Group (AHAG) is a community led SCIO which works to transform Annan Harbour so that it can recover its place as a vital economic, cultural and environmental resource for the town. It operates from a base at 87 Port Street, Annan where it leases a workshop and office.

AHAG recently purchased a dilapidated warehouse building and some derelict land with the aim of; renovating the building into a Harbour Hub, providing space for heritage exhibitions, community workshops, meeting spaces and a café overlooking the river, restoring the Merse as a wildlife habitat re-greened with native species, developing the harbour as an active travel hub and the quayside as a community events space. It currently employs a full time Facilities Manager.
