Youth Engagement Worker for A’ the Airts
Funded by the Holywood Trust, this is a part-time role on an initial fixed term contract of one year. 10 hours per week.
You must be self-motivated and have a real passion for enhancing the lives and well- being of young people between the ages of 14-25. You will make a positive impact on the lives of those young people that may be finding it difficult to make the transition into work, education, or training.
This is a key role within the Centre. Working closely with the Centre Manager to ensure that the right systems and structures are in place to maintain A’ the Airts role as a leading organisation within the sector with high standards across all areas of the business.
In addition to the above, the post holder has joint responsibility for the communication for the organisation to ensure integrity and consistency of the brand message.
