We are currently seeking to recruit people with skills, knowledge and experience of working with the third sector and who can help us take our organisation forward.

A vacancy exists for:

Project Officer, Health and Social Care (£18,444-£23,816)

The post holder will support and facilitate the development and impact of the third sector’s role in health and social care. This will be done through developing and building relationships with relevant third sector organisations and health and social care partners, sharing knowledge of the third sector with these partners and communicating information about health and social care to the third sector. A key aspect of the role will be supporting the third sector representative on Dumfries and Galloway’s Integration Joint Board, collating information and preparing policy papers. The post holder will have a key role in monitoring progress and demonstrating and reporting sustainable change through local and national performance measures and outcomes.  The post will be based in Dumfries but will require travel across Dumfries and Galloway.  This position is funded until March 2018 and will continue subject to funding.
