Next dates set for Better Lives Partnership’s art club project

Dumfries and Galloway Innovation Project Saturday Art Club has agreed the next set of dates.

The club runs on agreed Saturdays and is part of the Better Lives Partnership, which supports young people with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

The club will meet on October 26, November 9 and 23, and December 7 and 21. All times are from 2-5pm. There is no workshop on October 19 due to the school holidays.

The club meets in the Activity and Resource Centre in Newton Stewart, which is a comfortable space with two smaller work areas for small creative group activities or solo work as well as a central social space and a conservatory for a little bit of peace and quiet if needed.

As always, the professional artists offer support and expertise to assist in the creative development and social enjoyment.

All ages and abilities are welcome, the workshops are free for those aged 10-25 or if you are volunteering to help out with some aspect of the day; a £5 charge applies to all other participants.

Family and carers are very welcome- free of charge. Any questions email dginnovationproject@gmail.com.
