Impact of smoking on mental health training – Friday/Monday/Wednesday February 21/24/26

Do you want to know more about the impact of smoking on mental health (including its medications)?

The NHS have a free training opportunity just for you.

It will provide you with valuable knowledge about the effects of smoking on mental health, and help you have informed discussions about this issue with the people you help to support.

One hour of self-directed e-learning is to be completed prior to attending the two-hour face-to-face session. Below are the dates of the training sessions:

Friday February 21 – 10.30am to 12.30pm – Mountainhall Treatment Centre, Dumfries, Meeting Room 1

Monday February 24 – 10am to 12noon – Gardenhill Primary Care Centre, Castle Douglas

Wednesday February 26 – 10am to 12noon – Galloway Community Hospital, Stranraer, St Johns Meeting Room
