Human Trafficking – Duty to Notify consultation opens

Consultation on section 38 of the Human Trafficking and Exploitation (Scotland) Act 2015; duty to notify and provide information about victims, is now open.

The consultation will close on Friday September 6.

Events are also being held to hear directly from organisations that are named in the consultation paper and other interested parties on Scottish Government proposals. Two events are still live and can be booked through Eventbrite. Other events are being planned in Aberdeen, Dumfries and Stirling during August, further details and a registration link will be released over the next week or so.
