Health and Social Care Learning System Webinar – Inclusion: Tuesday July 28

With the focus on providing a rapid response to Covid-19 and the changing way health services are provided, there is the potential for inequality to be exacerbated by social distancing and a reduction in face to face services.

Many of the restrictions put in place have resulted in increased isolation and loneliness for people which is having an adverse impact on their health and wellbeing.

This discussion session will look to understand how the system has responded to meet the needs of marginalised groups, such as people experiencing homelessness during the pandemic and to identify the key lessons we can learn to inform the design and delivery of services post Covid-19.

It will be led by the Transformational Redesign Unit of Healthcare Improvement Scotland’s iHub.
