Increased Access 2 Psychological Support are holding free online sessions in August that offer an introduction to Mindfulness.
The courses are one hour long and open to the general public.
The courses will be held on:
- Monday 10 August 14.00hrs – 15.00hrs
- Wednesday 12 August 18.30hrs – 19.30hrs
- Friday 14 August 10.00hrs – 11.00hrs
