We are looking for nominations to become a Trustee on the Board of Dumfries and Galloway Third Sector Interface. The Annual General Meeting of Dumfries and Galloway Third Sector Interface will be held on Friday 22nd September 2017 in The Solway Suite, Cairndale Hotel, Dumfries from 12noon. Registration will begin at 11:30am and a light buffet lunch will be served.
In accordance with the Constitution and Rules there will be an election for 2 Trustees. Both Sue Irving and Gordon Hunter must retire, but both are eligible for re-election.
Nominations must be received no later than Friday 25th August. If there are more than 2 nominations, we will proceed to an election by a postal ballot of members. Ballot papers will be sent out on Tuesday the 29th of August giving 14 days for their return – Tuesday 12th September. Members may therefore wish to put these dates in their diary.
