Include Us are looking for a Development Manager. This position is responsible for the day to day development and administration of Catherine Street Inclusive Play Park and Community Garden.
Successful candidates will also have responsibility for recruiting, supervising and supporting Volunteers and Sessional Staff to assist with a range of activities including play days, activities and events.
The salary for this post is £28,000 pro rata. This is a 3-year contract with potential to extend beyond this time frame. Successful candidates will be subject to a 6 months probationary period. The position is a part time 22.5-hour post, based on a F/T post of 37.5 hours to include some weekends and occasional evening work. 28 days pro rata holiday entitlement per annum plus an additional 4 public holidays. Statutory sick pay and the Workplace Pension Scheme applies.
