DM Thomas Foundation for Young People makes grants to charities that meet one of our two chosen areas; Improving the eduction of young people, and Improving the health of young people.
The Central Grants programme offers grants of up to £30,000 to registered charities for projects that improve education and health for young people in four key areas: Children and young people with disabilities; Children and young people who are sick in hospital; Children and young people who are life limited (requiring palliative care), Children and young people who are disadvantaged and have mental health issues.
Recently the foundation made the decision to postpone its quarterly deadine until Tuesday October 6. Any organisation that applied for the previous Wednesday July 22 deadline will be automatically put forward to this new deadline.
