Gretna fundraising group of Marie Curie UK are hosting two Blooming Great Tea Parties – the first this Saturday.
You can join them from 10am-2pm at The Richard Greenhow Centre in Gretna.
At both parties they will be charging £2 for entry, which includes homemade scones and cakes, tea and coffee.
At the Gretna party they also make filled rolls at lunchtime and have strawberries and cream to raise more funds.
There will be various stalls, including the ever-popular cake stall.
Chairwoman Gwen Dennison is a retired Marie Curie nurse and is available to talk to anyone who attends and wants to talk about the loss of loved ones.
The second tea party is on Saturday August 17 at the Mansfield Hall in Rigg from 10.30am-12.30pm.
